Write an entry Entries about this placeI got history fatigue here by daydreamer- it was one of the last places in Rome that we visited. The scale of the place was just mind boggling. However, from memory it was very ruined so you needed to imagine extremely hard to conjure up what it must have been like in its heyday. over 4 years agoUntitled by hippie1427visit early in the morning. the gates open at 9am, and there are almost no people there at that time. by 11, there are swarms of people and large tour groups. over 5 years agoUntitled by VivaperamoreI got lost here, and the people who work around it aren’t very helpful.
