I guess if your fortunate enough to make it to Old Salem during daylight hours you can watch a renactor make candles! Yeah, there’s not too much to do in this town. Its not suprising that it was voted one of the worst places in the U.S. to be single! over 4 years agoUntitled by saraisdisenchantedOf all of the places I’ve visited and lived, this is home to me. The people I love most are here. The places I visit in my dreams are all set here. It’s comfortable. It’s tasty. It’s lovely. You can wander around Reynolda, go out to Bethabra or Salem Lake, eat and drink downtown, see the Phallus Palace, visit the auditorium, enjoy wonderful BBQ (REALBBQ) at Mr. BBQ and Hill’s, get some ‘za at Burke St, a dog at Skippy’s, chat people up at the Gallery Hops, pay respects at God’s Acre, get drunk at the Moon, listen at the Garage, and and and… over 4 years agoSee all 18 entries |
