I’ve got tickets and I land on October 31st. not to finish the planning of what to do with the 2 weeks I’m spending there before a week in Australia

My cousin studied abroad in NZ a few years ago and loved it. I hope to visit someday!

I have visited twice and highly recommend! It is a beautiful country with so many contrasts, mountains, rain forests, funky cities, small country towns, volcano’s, surf beaches, culture, history…what more could you want?

I was an exchange student here.

I`d love to go because of the fact that the Lord of the Rings was filmed here- I`m sorry I`m a nerd but that was my only reason. I guess also to see the beauty.

If you are on the North Island near Waitomo you have to go Blackwater Rafting. You rappel down into a cave and go spelunking and then fasten yourself to a zip line and zip through some of the cave and then jump into an underground river and go tubing. Then you get to go through a series of caves and basically it’s sweetas! It’s the only place in the world where you can do this so budget time and money to do this, you won’t regret it! Also, there is a nice little pub around the corner, so you can grab a drink after your adventures that day.

It’s the most beautiful place on earth. That’s it.

I’ve been there twice – once by myself and the second time with my then gf. Got to see all the major towns and cities. NZ’s got the most unforgettable scenic views. Queenstown is heavenly.

I might settle down there. :)

I want to…
- WWOOF, definitely
- Perhaps do some whale watching for NZ$130 (67 euros)
- Swimming with dolphins (bear in mind it’s winter when I go!!!), both at Kaikoura, South Isl. Other activities in Kaikoura
- Or with seals
- Walk on a glacier, Fox Glacier or Franz Josef Glacier
- Swim in a glacial lake, like Lake Ohau
- Visit a kiwi fruit farm
