Ecuador by SpartanVartan

I’m studying abroad in Ecuador right now, and while it is so different from the United States and what I’m accustomed to, this experience has been so worth it. This is a beautiful country from the coast to the mountains to the jungle and to the Galapagos… There literally is something for everyone.

Also, try some locro if you come. I highly recommend it!

For such a small country, it has almost every climate imaginable. The cool mountains, the sunny coast, the humid tropics, the artsy cities, the cultural icons, etc.

A must see. And yes, go to Guayaquil (not just to Quito) — it is a great city.

This was my first time in the jungle, the JUNGLE man! I was in a mining exploration camp, there were moths as big as myhand, beautiful flora, I swam in the river. An awesome experience!!
