Why are there only eight cities on a Top Ten list?
A questionnaire developed by the editors of Travel + Leisure was made available to subscribers at www.tlworldsbest.com from January 16, 2006, to March 21, 2006. Source: http://promo.travelandleisure.com/worldsbest/2006/results.cfm?cat=citieseurope *This is a definitive list, please do not edit.*

Now there are nine cities on the top-ten cities list. What is the mysterious tenth city?

I adopted the list and have added Seville and Barcelona, Spain, which you see listed at the missing cities from the source list.

I re-added Firenze. Can’t see why people keep vandalizing this list.

Top 10 is not OK. It must be Top 100.

Can’t believe that 4 out of 10 top cities of Europe should be in Italy? Who made this list? I wonder if they’ve ever been to Italy? Everyone I know (including myself) found it overcrowded and dirty. What about Budapest, Dresden, London, Vienna, Amsterdam, Berlin, Paris etc?

The list was made by the editors of travel + leisure – see the description at the top. Maybe they’re all big Italy fans.
Personally I liked Rome, but I went in January when there were hardly any tourists at all. (Oh, and Paris is #6 on the list)

While this list contains beautiful cities, it seems to me that it is wayyy too limited. Europe is much larger than Italy. I bet you never heard of Latvia or Croatia…

Removed Amsterdam. This is a definitive list voted for by Travel & Leisure mag, if you don’t agree with the selection create your own list but do not alter this one.

Fixed the list yet again. Am not able to change the order of items yet, Firenze is supposed to be #1 in this list.
