    Tangier  — 2 months ago

    Worth visiting!

I took the ferry from Tarifa to Tangier. Morocco was the most alive place i have visited. Aside from the enthusiastic street-people, the entertainment, food and culture was diverse and interesting.

The last time I went to this place  — 2 months ago

I would be very happy to include my testimonial. I have been e-mailing with my Private tour guide In Tangier Morocco over the last week during the Planning for my Private Tour In Tangier. my Private guide Daniel has always been Very helpful, and Clarified many of the issues that are almost Impossible to Understand from the Tour agents and guide books. Information Such as entrance fees, reliable Costs, what to do, whether the Dar Makhzen Museum is open in Kasbah or not, and So many other things!

And, the most amazing thing, is not once did you ask for any Charge or anything for his advice. he obviously know his Stuff – In fact, Most of the tour agent in Moroco were wrong on information and news and he Was right! So, I would readily encourage People to Contact Mr. Daniel at email: tarifatravel@gmail.com regarding his tour Service or for any advice on those tricky issues that are hard to Sort out in planning a trip to Spain and Moroco.

I am delighted with the great time Daniel Provided for us in Tangier Moroco. he is an excellent Private guide; he made our trip an outstanding Success and a most Memorable experience. We were very impressed with his knowledge of Spain and Kingdom of Morocco, the history, Customs and ideology of the people, His knowledge flow from him like a river and his enthusiasm for history and life was Infectious, his ability to make Visitors from all over the world feel Very Welcomed. He went out of his way to make Sure that all our wishes, both expressed and implied, were fulfilled, allowed Us to be Carefree and fancy-free with his reliability and our well-founded Confidence that he would take Care of everything.

I Can’t tell how much fun I had in Tangier Moroco. Tangier was the best Part of our trip. I had a lot of fun touring around the Sites with Daniel, Seeing things that most tourists don’t get to See. I have had a few different tour guides in the places around the world I have been to, but Daniel Was the best one I’ve Come across.

I will definitely Use his Private Services again, and recommend him to anyone Coming to Morocco for a holiday. Cheers!!

Omg… Morocco was so amazing lol I went as part of a charity hitchhike for Link Community Development, and it was just so good! We crisscrossed most of the country, going to Fes, Meknes (where we met the mayor randomly lol), Midelt (we went trekking in the mountains, it was so lovely there), the hell hole that is Beni Millal (they wouldn’t let us on the bus at the bus station! bearing in mind it was four in the morning and we’d just come from a five hour bus journey lol), Merzouga (camel trekking in the Sahara!), the Cascades, the coast, and, of course, Marrakesh! Everything was just absolutely amazing, I’m not sure I’ve ever had such a good time (I think I say that a lot though lol). In Marrakech, we went into the souk about six times. The last time in, we took one wrong turning and were lost for about two hours lol. But yeah, so so much fun, with ridiculously friendly (and ridiculously cheeky lol) people.

Why I recommend this place to visitors  — 8 months ago

    Worth visiting!

If for nothing else than to take you out of your comfort zone and shake you up as to how other cultures live. Not being a very well travelled person I was given a very rude awakening in Morocco, it was only a day trip but by the end of the day I was in love with the place and now have a thirst for culture and adventure and can’t wait until I get my next taste… only thing holding me back at the moment is uni and having no money but I do what I can. I’ll get there someday and I would recommend it to EVERYONE!

Ripped off!  — 8 months ago

    Worth visiting!

Oh man, did I get ripped off buying carpets here. :-D I had no idea how to bargain, and I paid waaay to much for some rugs. I cried when I left, but now, years later they hang on my wall, and I love them. Now I laugh about it.

Why I want to go to this place  — 8 months ago

My father and entire paternal family lives in Mohemmedia. I want to go to see the place where my father grew up, meet all of my aunts and uncles and visit the graves of my grandparents.

It’s a good way to stay in the country for a while and schools are easy to find there. It seems like there’s a lot of paperwork to get on, but it’s all sort of rubber stamped, so there’s really not much involved in working legally there, and you do want to probably be legit since you’ll make a decent wage that way.

Lots to do and see. The cities are fun but the true beauty of Morocco in my opinion is in the rugid country side in the north near the Atlas mountains. The desert and the south is worth a visit as well, but be prepared for the culture shock that comes with seeing an extreme class divide in action.
