I visited Mumbai in India, stayed there for a bout week. Poverty is sad, and the city is very crowded. I bought from there Cashmere carpet and Musk Concentrate.

I’ve always wanted to go to India ever since I was young and heard all the travel stories that my mom and dad shared with me from when they were in their 20s. Not only that but I LOVE Indian food! I’m just waiting to make enough money to be able to travel around India for at least a month if not more. Also, I’d like to do a few weeks of volunteer work with a nonprofit while I’m there. My estimated plan to do this is 2 summers from now.

We were all set to visit India this November but were put off by the recent bombings and the visa process. Kind of hard to get one, since we’re already on the road and can’t afford to be in a foreign country without our passports…will have to postpone this one for awhile :(
