A question about this place:
I am moving (right now!) to Mt. Baker according the to PI neighborhood maps, although I think its more around the "Genessee Business District". Anyways, what high speed internet providers would you suggest? Is there a choice?

I’m three blocks north of Genessee and I’ve had no problems w/ Qwest Choice DSL Deluxe for nearly five years. I chose not to use MSN (because they suck) and instead chose Infinity Internet as my ISP (because they don’t suck).

I am about three blocks from Genesse as well; how about that. I am going to try out Qwest to see what they are like; they don’t have contracts so theoretically I can bail on them later. But, until they show up (with their wonderful “we’ll be there between 8am and 5pm” scheduling), I will have to go elsewhere for my internet. Alas.

I’ve used Speakeasy and Comcast in the neighborhood and both have been fine. I think Speakeasy is more humane – but both deliver the goods.
