A question about this place:
When do the cables go up for the top part of the trek? Does anyone know if they could go up as early as the 2nd weekend of May? My first trek is a day trip on May 13th and I really hope they'll be up by then!

This is a good website to visit. It gives info on all the hikes in the park. Sorry, but the cables do not go up until late May. Sometimes not until April, because the snow is still there or the trails are still to muddy and dangerous. =(
