Err, I wouldn’t actually know :). I was in Mindanao at the time and took a bus to Cagayan de Oro and a boat ride from their (that’s only about 40 minutes I think). There is a boat going to Cagayan de Oro from Luzon as well I think but that’ll take you a lot more time. I think Cagayan de Oro has an air strip as well (so does Butuan, which is close to Cagayan de Oro) so flying there and taking a boat after that would also be a possibility.
