Depends which way you go. If you go in the lower entrance, maybe 15 or so, maybe a few more or less? If you hike up to the upper route in, there aren’t stairs. There’s a rickety metal ladder to go down to get into the gaping upper maw.

I’d count it as roughly the same number of steps as a full flight of stairs for a one floor drop (10 to 15 foot).

The Upper Entrance, as moderngypsy says, is a metal ladder. Its about 15-20 rungs.
