Olbia is a nice pretty small city.
There are many places around to eat. Choose some “trattoria”: it’a a kind of cheap restaurant and it’s good.
To go around… tripping around Sardegna is not easy and it is sometime unconfortable, the reason is that Sardegna is a rocky island. There are some bus, trains (sloooooww). I suggest to move around with trains that are cheap or bus if you want to move faster.
BTW everything there i think is awesome: the sea around is one of the best of the world, and if can travel around in 100 kn you can find rocks, huge sandy beaches, stunning seasides and wild panoramas.
