A question about this place:
ill be in flagstaff in june, gonna go to the meteor crator the canyon the drive the hoover dam, is the south side of the canyon sufficiant, or do i need to go all the way to the north side.. im staying at the ramada east, anywhere thats better for same $

South side is fine, but there are more crowds and less pristine wilderness. If you want to get away from it all, and do a lot of exploring, the north side is the place… otherwise if you just want to take a gander, then the south side is fine.

yeah all im looking for is the “DAMN!” affect, as long as theres a nice view a few photo ops and a place to get a beer/soda ill be happy. i think ill have all of 3 hours there anyway. thanks for the advice.
