I have no idea, i’ve only visted there on vacation and wasn’t really concerned with non-vacation rentals, good luck in finding out though.

It seemed to me most of the traditional rental property was used by the service workers on the island. There is a lot of subsidized rentals. Catalina is a great place to visit but gets old in about 3 days. Not much to do once you have done the basic tourist stuff. I would hate to live there but love to visit to dive.
