Check gapadventures.com. I did a 10-day trip with them through Peru & Machu Picchu, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. One of the best trips I’ve ever taken.

She put together a 12 day custom trip for my family (8 of us) a few years ago including the Inca trail to Machu Picchu. It was fabulous!

I highly, highly recommend Highland Adventures, http://www.highlandadventures.com. Cristian Balbontin did a fantastic job in creating a custom Peru itinerary for a group of 8 of us, including hiking the Inca trail a couple of years ago. Fabulous experience!
