I assume you mean Großwallstadt a few kilometers south-west of Frankfurt?
The train from Frankfurt to St. Goarshausen takes less than two hours. You won’t have time for hiking or anything serious like a tour of the valley, but you will get a nice glimpse of the Rhine, vineyards and the famous rock Lorelei. The train to Großwallstadt takes another two hours tops.

if you are interested in taking a boat trip, you could also take the train from frankfurt airport to one of the locations (like maybe bad salzig kd) where you could board. you could then travel along the rhine to bingen and take the train to aschaffenburg and then go by bus to grosswallstadt.

I m in in FF for 3 days, reaching Thu AM and flying out Sat night. Fri is working day for me. So I have Thu and Sat. Thu, I can do boat tour or St Goarshausen. What about Sat ? Rhine again ? Oktoberfest, Munich ?

well, it’s going to take you about 3 hours to get from aschaffenburg to munich and 4 hours to get from munich to frankfurt airport~ that’s a lot of time just spent on the train and a lot of traveling in one day!
i think your best bet for saturday would be to visit somewhere which isn’t so far from frankfurt~ mainz, darmstadt, wiesbaden, koblenz or even frankfurt!
i have to say, cologne is one of my favorite places. it would take you about 2 hours to get to cologne and about an hour from cologne to frankfurt airport.

8am Come out of airport
-Train to Bad Salzig (or Koblenz)
-11am Boat tour (K-D) to Bingen
-Stopover on boat at St Goarshausen to see vineyards, Lorelei, etc.
-7pm Reach Bingen
-7pm Train to Aschaffenburg
-9pm Taxi to Grosswallstadt
Do boat tours allow you to stop in between for as long as you like ?
