I will be moving to Eugene next summer. I was wondering if anyone knows what the average apartment (studio or 1 bedroom) costs in the downtown area? Around the college?

It’s strange to hit “wanderlust” and actually have a place you know come up. :)
It has been a while since I apartment hunted up there. A good place to check may be The Registered Guard online or maybe The Eugene Weekly. Good luck!
