It really depends. Lately the seasons are not consistent. However I would recommend the best time to go is around early Feb.

Good snow would go by March/April.

I have friends that go to Whistler for Telus (in late April) every year.

I am going there this weekend and expecting pretty good snow. I would say mid April. According to Whistler some parts of the mountain will still be open till May.
