I was married in Jamaica. It is not Bali but there are similarities. I would tell you to find hotels/resorts on the Bukit Peninsula. You want to find a place that has done weddings and who is good at it. That would be my advice. Most websites will have a dedicated page to weddings/honeymoons.
If you have specific questions about Bali outside the wedding, please let me know!

Nowadays there are many places in Bali where you can get married.
Many hotels by the beach have chapels to conduct the ceremony.
The famous ones are:
*Tirtha Uluwatu – beautiful place on a cliff top; it is gorgeous during sunset!(http://www.tirthabali.com/)
*Nikko Hotel (Wiwaha Chapel) – another beautiful place in Nusa Dua beach; it is more of a sunrise beach.

*Conrad hotel- part of Hilton

You could try the Oberoi (http://www.oberoibali.com/Hotel/Hotel-Overview.aspx) and surrounding area of seminyak – I’ve stayed in the private villas in the area and have seen one or two weddings being prepared. Most of the best restaurants and bars are also located close by (KuDeTa)
