If you like horseback riding and amazing views, go take a ride at the Mendez Ranch. If you google it, there are several Maui activity places you can book your reservation through.

Here are two of my favorite spots – both off the path of the busiest parts of Maui:

a wonderful place to go to an authentic Luau is the Grand Wailea resort on Maui, beautiful setting, great food, and wonderful entertainment… very romantic. Happy anniversary and congrats!!! =)

Alyssa (above) reminded me of a couple places we visited when we were there a couple years back so I entered them on the site. Here’s Mendez Ranch (definitely a great trip). And one of my favorites, Kula Botanical Gardens. Have fun!

You will definitely want to go to Hali’a’kala. It is beautiful, bring a lot of film. You can drive up it, or you can do what I did and go on a biking tour where you go up as a group and bike down, which is a lot of fun. The road to Hana is really nice too. To me the natural beauty that Maui has to offer far surpasses any restaurant, or attraction. Have a great time and congrats on your 10 years!
