November would be COLD!! but if you are a snow freak then around July-Late august thru september would be a good time..corresponds with Fall/start of Winter..Truly beautiful..

But the best weather to visit is in Summers Mar-Thru-June!!

Also be prepared with camping gear if you are driving down to remote locations as Landslides can get you stuck for a night at times!!

Truly Heaven on Earth though!!
