I don’t know what’s a lovely place for you (-:, but I think most places should be open.
The Museum of Modern Art is open every day except Easter Monday, for instance. Skansen, the open-air museum/zoo is open as well, and has many Easter events.

You’ll find a lot of premium lager at Akkurat: http://www.akkurat.se . They’re situated at Slussen, which is a stone’s throw from T-Centralen, the very heart of Stockholm city. You’ll find a map to them here: http://maps.google.se/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&q=Hornsgatan+18,+stockholm&sll=56.745503,15.901646&sspn=0.007707,0.020084&ie=UTF8&z=15&iwloc=cent
They’ve also got the largest assortment of lambic beers in Europe, I think.

as far as i know, the pubs have the tendency to shut down at 3am, which is a little sad… but you find some nice bars there, unfortunately, everything’s a little more costly (alcohol), compared to Germany. One museum that is nice to see is the Vasa museum: http://www.vasamuseet.se/sitecore/content/Vasamuseet/InEnglish/Visit/hours.aspx
It is open also.
Have fun!
