Rainy! I spend my 2002 New Year’s Eve in a ten minutes heavy rain. It was in the streets, near the bridge, with the local people. It was funny anyway. 8;)
I strongly recommend a B plan like the parties at hotels and restaurants. And don’t leave the hotel without the taxi central telephones.

Very crowded, but extremely nice.
