Hi,
It’s a little hard to find a house in Kadikoy for 400 YTL, but it depends on where you’ll live. Kadikoy is a large district, and in the very centre or by the outer area you might have a chance.
Maybe you can look for home mates or a room, that would be way cheaper but such houses happen to be in Cihangir or Besiktas, on the European side.
