A question about this place:
I have a dilemna. I have no money but I've been tempted to go to Prague to meet the person of my dreams. If I go, I need to know all the secret local places with cheap hearty food and little tricks! Help me. I am going on Sat a.m. if this works.

I specifically remember the cafe at the Radost FX having good food and not being too expensive. There is plenty of good, hearty, inexpensive food in the city, just get a few blocks away from the main crowded tourist areas downtown. A lot of the bars/pubs have small menus with a few items on them that are good. Good luck with the trip, and wiht the person of your dreams!

I also went to Prague to meet the person of my dreams. We had a great time there, and it wasn’t too expensive if you just stay out of the main tourist areas. Outside of the main tourist walks the prices of food are about 1/3 less. If you go out of the main downtown prices go down by about 1/2. We found a little restaurant just off the main track where all the Russian tourists were eating and they even put on a Medieval show with sword fighting, suits of armor and everything.
