It has been a number of years since I visited, but Internet connections will be scarce and expensive. With the explosion of cell phones, I’m guessing there are probably some Internet cafés, now. These will be pay-as-you-go places. Free Internet is not likely. Dial-up phone service is horrid (land-lines).
