Eliza Furnace Trail. (The Jail Trail.)
Pitt and CMU’s track facilities.
Maybe the Washington Boulevard Oval, but it has (fairly) banked corners.

if you live in or near Oakland, Schenley is a great place… you have your choice of dirt trails or road…
other places I’ve ran were:
Liberty Ave from Lawrenceville to Downtown
the rail trail on the North Side (past the old Heinz factory)

My wife ran a lot more than I did when we lived in Edgewood. She ran this trail a lot. We walked it with the stroller every Sunday (inclement weather aside).
