Of what I remember it was summery til fairly late in the year. Winter comes suddenly and surprisingly.

Spring is the most exciting moment, when everything breaks out into bloom and the much anticipate cherry blossoms make their appearance. Mind you, with the changing climate it wouldn’t surprise me if this were to happen at some other time in the year, too!
