No, I have not heard about it. I think you will be better off taking a course in Lima. It is strange that the name a spanish school with a name in quechua.

Hi…I’ve never heard about this school but I Googled it and found that it has a nice friendly website. Maybe I’ve never heard of it because I’m a native of Peru and didn’t need to learn Spanish but what I would highly recommend you is that you can contact the Embassy of Canada in Peru (http://geo.international.gc.ca/latin-america/peru/) and ask them if they have any information/references on that place and also, let them know that you are going to stay in Peru for some time. This is something wise to do when you go abroad to any developing or developed country.
About food and being vegan, you will not have any problems, just let them know that you are vegan and anyone will be more than happy to make your meal/s the best….Try Peruvian corn, is really good, that is one of the things that I miss the most…I wish you the best for this trip and please ask me any more questions you could have…Bon voyage!!!
