Pretty much the further north you go from the action, the cheaper the hotels get. Normally we stay in one of those “rent by the month” condos, but I can recommend the Ramada Inn as being very reasonable compared to the resort hotels on the main drag (not sure how “cheap” you wanted to go). It also has the added bonus of a nice lady who will make you a tasty complimentary Belgian waffle breakfast every morning.

I went at Thanksgiving at the prices were so cheap!! Plus, how many people can say they had fajitas on Thanksgiving rather than the traditional turkey. I want to spend that holiday there every year!
