A question about this place:
I am unable to find out anything about these events: It seems the Ziguinchor carnival isn't held anymore. And though the Jazz Festival is more dependable, info about the 2008 festival or the Dak'Art Biennal aren't yet available on the Internet.

Ziguinchor has not been that stable in the past and that may be the reason why they don’t have it for the past years.
