Amtrak has a staion that is 2.5 miles from Disneyland. I found a map that will give you a better idea. The link is http://www.amtrakcalifornia.com/rail/go/amtrak/stations/a_e/anaheim/index.cfm?display=viewStationMap
You can board a hotel shuttle or public bus at the East Shuttle Area, near Harbor Boulevard.
There are other modes of transportation so I am including phone numbers they may be able to give you information on getting to the station.

The last time I was there we drove and stayed in a nearby hotel. Disneyland has a bunch of buses that take you to different places. In our case it dropped us off right by our hotel. A lot of the hotels offer shuttles also to the park and the station.
