What sort of things do you like?
For thrills – The Rock N’ Roll Rollercoaster. (Walt Disney Studios – that’s the only decent ride in this park, but the Stunt Car Show is worth a look)
Space Mountain (Do that before you go do the Rock N’ Roll Rollercoster, so you wont be disapointed.
Indian Jones Rollercoaster was fun for the open air feel.
Thunder Mountain again open air.
The Tea Cups for sheer silliness and fun.
There were hoping to open a Buzz Lighter Ride that looked fun.
Go see the honey I shrunk the kids show.
Wheeee I want to go back!

I haven’t been back since more has opened aside from the original park, but I definitely recommend Space Mountain! I am a sucker for cool ride-throughs, so I also enjoyed the Haunted House (even more detailed than the Florida version), Small World, and Thunder Mountain… for me it was cool to go into the castle which is totally different from the ones at the other Disney parks and also to see the Storybook Boat thing since they’ve never had it in Florida, but it’s pretty relaxing so if you’re looking for thrills I would definitely rush over to Studios and hit the Rock N’ Rollercoaster (this is in Florida too so I can vouch for it). ;-) Finally, I recommend the Blue Lagoon restaurant if it’s still there, I think the Pirates of the Caribbean ride runs right through it, very cool.

You will find that Disneyland Paris is one of the smaller parks. I found it quite easy to see everything in one day. The rides already mentioned are your best bets. I did like the “honey I shrunk the kids” show as well. But you will see that it can all be done in one day, so don’t worry. If you can get a hold of a map before you go and find your way around the park pretty easily, you will make much better use of your time.
Have fun. HOnestly I found it really interesting to see everything in french.

I’ll answer my own question now for anyone else who wants to know! In order of importance (according to me :):
For me, the Haunted House and the Armaggedon ride were real let-downs, but that’s just my opinion.
