It’s not something common or popular. You could ask at local tourist info centers, but I doubt they have such a service. I think the best way would be to get to know a ukrainian person in advance, become friends and then travel the country :)

Go to couchsurfing.com and find local hosts that will take you in for free! This is the only way to travel. They have a great verification system to ensure that you are staying with good people.
