A nice place to start would be Central Park at 110th St. You can check out the Harlem Meer and I believe the pool there is open for ice skating now. You could then take a walk up Lenox Ave and get some good soul food at Sylvia’s or Amy Ruth’s. Or stop by Marcus Garvey Park and climb up to the top of Mt. Morris for a nice view of the area. If you head west you’ll find St. Nicholas Park and Columbia University. Some really nice homes on Strivers Row too. If you like Jazz the Lenox Lounge is a stop you should make as well.
