A question about this place:
I plan to visit from BA and then make my way into Brazil - what is the easiest way to do this? I don't really want to spend 21hrs on a bus but I don't want to spend too much $$$ either! Thanks

Am I too late? If still about to define something, have you checked the South American (Brazil)Air Pass possibilities? Not sure about your plane route and unaware of your period of stay, but I guess you can save money this way as well and it will make you able to cover longer distances
