Robert Bryce is a long way away from Nuku’alofa. He’s in the northern Vava’u Islands and more interested in SELLING you some real estate rather than renting you any. There’s quite a group of expats in Tongatapu – including a bunch of Germans as long as you bear in mind the old saying “Gott hüte mich vor Sturm und Wind, und Deutschen die im Ausland sind” :-). My friend Horst Berger lives in the Ha’apai Group. He’d be very useful as he’s been in Tonga for more than 12 years. He’s currently renting on the island of Lifuka. Give him a call on 60660.
