You might consider South Broadway Park,
look it up in MapQuest. It is very, very
close to campus and there is a new
Starbucks on the corner!
There are a lot of houses (older and some very quaint) that have been made into apartments and a lot of students live on the street.
There is a man that owns a lot of the houses, his name is Michael Williams.
I have his business card somewhere.
