Putting a round restaurant on top of a square (actually rectangular) building doesn’t make a lot of sense. Because of this, you can not see any of Times Square. It does have good views of the city, but they are often obstructed by even taller buildings. If you want good views, go to the Empire State Building. They have a post theatre dessert buffet which can be fun, but it’s expensive, and mostly you’re paying for the not so good view.
