Downtown aka: Downtown Baltimore

Downtown is a vague and subjective term. As conceived by local real estate marketers, several neighborhoods overlap with Downtown, notably the Inner Harbor. Most natives would include Baltimore’s Mount Vernon neighborhood in their concept of a central “downtown”. A larger downtown is represented by the Downtown Partnership, an affiliation of centrally located, mostly business, concerns.
