National Gallery Of Art & Sculpture Garden

The sculpture garden was really neat… I wish we had had time for the museum, but we did this quick first thing in the AM.

enjoyed afternoon tea in the Garden Cafe. Delicious flight of cheese & pastries to fortify and keep on going!
Magnificent collection of Oils in the West Wing..

I enter a trance state when I stand before her portrait and never end up seeing much of the rest of the museum. Next time, I’ll visit her last. At closing time, the guards will simply have to lift me by the elbows and haul me out to the sidewalk.
