Chimay by Bruno Girin
The North Star is one of those noisy pubs where you can’t move on a Saturday night. The building itself is beautiful and the terrace a nice place to get a breath of fresh air between beers. It’s one of the few pubs in London I know that stocks Belgian trappist beer like Chimay.
