A tip I have about this place
You can apply for a passport here, but only on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays (unless you have a couple of cute kids with you and the nice man at the counter decides to make an exception.) It looks like a lot of people use the service center to pay bills in person and to take care of city business. There’s also a public phone and computer terminal.
