Wayward Cafe

and the last few times I’ve gone have not been too good. What’s up with that?

I had some delicious spicy tofu and sauteed vegetables.

I like people/places that are sincere and optimistic enough to implement utopia.

This is maybe my favorite place in Seattle – but maybe it’s because I’m an occasional volunteer here and my friends run the place. The Wayward is collectively run, often has great music blasting, has really incredible food, and a really good community atmosphere. In the rear of the restaurant is a volunteer run bicycle shop (The Bike Shack) that is open several days each week for anyone to drop by and get their bike worked on.
