Mmmm….I just love fud!

The restaurants on 3rd are reason enough to visit San Mateo.

I worked here for 9 months, and if the job had been somewhere else, I probably wouldn’t have quit. There is some decent stuff to eat downtown, and the tattoo shops on El Camino Real are a nice touch, but that doesn’t save this city from being a hellhole of yuppie scum.

One of the few crappy towns in South Bay / Peninsula worth visiting, because there’s a good number of good places to eat, including places with fakemeat. Notable for a good chance to get good Asian, Indian and Hawaiian food, though it can be a little overrun with people at lunchtime on workdays, and shuts down pretty hard at other times. Notably, must have the ramen at Santa!

I’m finally getting out of my dungeon to provide some training to my collegues in the new US office. I’ve been to California twice before and I’m really looking forward to visiting there again.
