Gorgeous blue/aquamarine water. Family friendly. Slightly arced beach. Very relaxing escape.

One of those days I wish I could’ve stretched time out on today. The weather, again, was perfect. Warm blue waters that you can swim far out on, with the banks rolling up and down underneath. We walked the clean white sand for a mile. There’s zebra mussel shells washing up on shore now but they’re only a couple feet wide. K and I decided we’re gonna build a hut on the banks, and give fishing lessons. I wish we could’ve camped there. Some hot dogs and marshmallows over a campfire tonight would’ve been sublime; maybe later. If only being a beach bum were feasible, or I had more imagination.
