Aeropuerto Internacional Maiquetia Simón Bolívar

I flew into Caracas with my brother to visit my dad who was living there at the time, and as we approached the airport- we could not see it. The airstrip was not lit. No, I take that back, there were a few extremely dim blue glowing things on the runway. I thought that it was funny, as I have flown into much smaller airports- with LIGHTS!
