One of the prettiest train stations I have ever been in!

i took the metro! it was fun too! get a $3 day pass, and you can get on and off as many times as you please – and then you can check out all the different places downtown, and not deal with traffic or parking… both of which drive me batty.

And I’m kinda surprised I haven’t seen an entry for it yet, hope I haven’t duplicated anything! Anyway, you’ve almost certainly seen this place in many movies and TV shows (two of my favorite uses—Blade Runner and Star Trek: First Contact) but I’m more used to it as the end point of my journeys into LA by Amtrak and/or Metrolink, as well as the start of my trips home. It’s wonderfully easy to connect to the Metro lines from there, whether rail or bus, and frankly is just one good looking building inside and out. Long may it thrive.
