Imperial Theater

The first two times I went to the Imperial, it was to see Les Mis, which was wonderful. The next time I was there was from The Boy from Oz – the cast was great. The show? Not so much. I’d say the same thing for Dirty Rotten Scoundrel’s, which is the most recent thing I saw at the Imperial. Wait for the next show before visiting it. Won’t be long now. The cast was great, but the show was disappointing given the material they had to work with from the original movie.

I saw Dirty Rotten Scoundrels here with the original cast, and it was one of the best shows I’ve seen on Broadway. Before that I saw Les Misérables here, which had great music but I think that revolving stage made every dizzy.
