Why I want to go to this place

I’m not usually one for camping but I’d love to go here just to see all of the glaciation features. I’m studying Geography at GCSE and apparently the Lake District is the place to go if you want first hand experience of all the different types of valleys, peaks and glaciers.

Worth visiting!

Why I recommend this place to visitors

A beautiful National Park. A must for fans of poets such as Wordsworth and Coleridge.

I have only visited a small part of it – mainly around Lake Windermere. I still remember the thrill as we were driving up the motorway and gradually the flat land on either side started rising up around us.
